The screen stopped working. They took it to the corporate center, where the employees there informed them that the phone was curved (!) in the strictest sense of the word. Since the moment it was bought, the phone has either been kept in the package it came in or in a HARD CASE of the sort that looks like a book. They were the only ones who carried it in a bag and not in their pockets; when it was in our possession, it was rigid. We employ technology with extreme care at all times; the evidence of this is the Samsung Galaxy 2, which is still operational despite being extremely out of date. After having a conversation with the "branded" service, I have lost all faith in the Samsung brand. Either their phones spontaneously combust or they sell brand new phones with the bending already done. I do not recommend purchasing any product made by Samsung.
