Review on 🍝 Large Wooden Pasta Drying Rack by Bellemain by Jennifer Hartley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy to assemble

This pasta dryer consists of a large, solid base, a central pole that screws onto the base, and four narrow wooden poles that fit into the pole. All of the wood pieces felt smooth, even the edges, and I was able to assemble the frame in less than 2 minutes. The pins provide enough space to hang the paste to dry. I made the fettuccine in my new pasta maker (NutriChef Electronic Noodle Spaghetti Digital Pasta Maker, White) and then hung it on the rack mounts to dry. The stand remained stable and the dowel rods supported the weight of the noodles without bending. When you're done with the pasta rack, you can take it apart and put it back in the box it came in. Dowel rods, but I think they may have puffed up a bit from the wet paste, so next time I use this grate I'll give it time to dry more thoroughly before taking it apart. Easy to assemble, easy to disassemble. used, holds plenty of paste and folds up to save space when not in use, so this is an easy recommendation. Enjoy!
