This is a beautiful faucet and looks very well made. However, it is almost impossible to control the temperature of the water. Ask yourself: Why are you buying a kitchen faucet? Is it because you want a nice stainless steel piece above your kitchen sink? Or would you like to have a faucet that allows you to control the water flow and temperature? This particular faucet offers good flow control by raising and lowering the handle, but the temperature of the water is controlled by rotating the handle about its longitudinal axis, making it very difficult to control. And to make matters worse, turning the knob down returns you to zero and having to set the water again the next time you use the faucet. Unfortunately the plumber who installed my faucet threw away the box so I cannot return the item. Don't repeat my mistake! Do yourself a favor and avoid this product.
