I like it as an nautral ingredient conditioner.
I use this product as a cowash at least 2-3 times a week due to sweaty 4b/4c workout hair. A big hunk in the shower goes a long way with a little water to somewhat 'lather' all over. I finger through all over.no combs. I usually buy the 3 pack for cost savings which is similar to the cost I find in my local Whole Foods when it's on sale there. I can get 2 weeks out of one bottle.
