So pretty I love the color turquoise and was looking for a quality pot and pan set in that colour. I'm so glad I bought this set, the price was great and the set is great! With this set, I always hand wash everything after it has cooled. Do not pour water into hot pots or pans as this may damage the coating on the pots. It holds heat so well that you should never cook on medium heat when you have the time to heat a pan that cooks so well. I usually use a few drops of oil or a small piece of oil and never have problems with sticking.
