Not a unisex fit as advertised

These pants are great for water adventures, such as kayaking, canoeing, surfing, and swimming. They keep the sun and bugs off your legs and keep you insulated. However, as far as I can tell these are advertised as a unisex fit, but after putting them on I believe these are designed for male anatomy since the groin and upper legs are baggy and ill fitting in some areas (I am 5’7”, 120 pounds so tall and thin). The sizing seems like a hit or miss when reading through the reviews.

Pros

I'm 5'8", 205 lbs. Size 36×30 pants. Xl fits good.

Cons

The material may be prone to collecting sand or other debris, making it difficult to clean
