This bag was easy to attach to the top tube of the bike by two lower and one front velcro. My Samsung Galaxy S9+ and iPhone Xr both fit in the phone holder (only one each) and their touchscreens were usable, albeit not very well. There is enough space under the holder to store small items such as keys, sunglasses, snacks or repair tools. Even with one of my falls the LIGHT's contents stayed pretty safe, but if you have heavier items the bag will actually pop open potentially knocking what's inside to the ground. The bag is waterproof - pay attention to the keyword: resistant. It's not waterproof. It holds up well in the rain, but make sure no vents are left open to keep water out. There's a headphone hole on the back, but these days Bluetooth headphones (in one ear, not both -- for security reasons) are the way to go anyway. All in all a successful construction and a reasonable price.
