Gap between brackets and glass
This was easy for my DH to install but he advised me that it would be better if a rubber grommet filled this gap between brackets and glass to protect the glass. As you can see from the photo, this design makes the gap look a bit odd and feel less solid. The jar is quite heavy and the shelf doesn't feel flimsy, although I won't overload it as it wasn't secured. to the pen. I like the overall look of the glass shelf and love that the brackets are brushed nickel, but I think the quality could be better.
