Instructions were very clear and correct. Installation was easy. That looks great. I was hesitant due to some negative comments but I suspect these people just didn't follow the directions properly.

The product was perfect, just what I was looking for, for the place I needed it. will not effectively hold the screw in the drywall. For attaching drywall I had to use a different screw system.

This was easy for my DH to install but he advised me that it would be better if a rubber grommet filled this gap between brackets and glass to protect the glass. As you can see from the photo, this design makes the gap look a bit odd and feel less solid.
