Frozen golden ganj!

I loved this product! Gold and black are my favorite colors for my work. I usually use gold flakes for gilding, but in the end I decided it was time to use gold ink for fine detail. I took the bottle out of the bubble wrap and noticed that it was made of copper rather than gold and looked more like water than viscous ink. I thought I needed to shake it up a bit, which I did, but there was no change. Annoyed, I dipped the quill in and it floated to the surface, clogged with a very thick layer of gold. Then I took a bamboo skewer and, as we say in our local language, began to "swallow” the golden garbage. There were huge boulders in this bottle of congealed golden ganj and I just poked them with a spear, then capped the bottle, shook it and repeated the process until it looked slightly golden. Does it look like it would be usable? But I definitely don't like the fact that you have to pierce it with a bamboo skewer before using it.

Pros
  • ink
Cons
  • socket required
