Review on 🔍 Authentic 6-Foot Food Probe Replacement for Maverick ET733 by Denise Rivera

The jury's out yet, but when it was first used to control the oven temperature for a long slow roast of ribs in a convection oven, it was whole 30 degrees below the right temperature when first used, preheating achieved strong deterrent. But when I lowered the heat and checked later, the range (which was relatively accurate compared to the original ET733 short gauges) was correct again. It might have something to do with 'hacking' the probe, if there is one, but it actually appears to be within range now. Will be updated if problems arise. It was one star less. Another star down in price. Buying two of these 6 foot probes costs almost as much as the entire ET733.
