My husband has Parkinson's disease and multiple injuries from falls. He also has a small bump on one leg. He has worn a 4E Propet Lifewalker shoe and loves it, but the slightly wider 5E width and wider outsole on this stability walker offers a little more toe room and a more secure footing. It was perfect for his needs.
