Didn't do anything because the OTA TV signal disappears when you turn things on, or the sound of it from the LEDs

I've noticed that every time I plug in most fans turn on, also have fan Some other electrical stuff, this is causing an instant failure or disruption of many of my OTA TV signal channels. If I continuously toggle the fan speed switch, it completely turns off the signal for the duration you toggle it. Not all my fans do that. That. I've also heard of LED light bulbs and wall dimmers causing interference, but none of the ones I have do. I've been told it's electrical EMI/RFI interference, and motor material is a 'common' " source to cause a jamming signal. My antenna uses an RG6 cable, my HDHR tuner and all my computers and network gear are behind a CyberPower PFC Pure UPS since Wave and have a TrippLite ISOBAR 8 outlet plugged in. Each outlet block has special isolators for noise etc. So The hardware has many built-in noise filters. It has been suggested to me and I have watched many videos on YouTube to attach these ferrite clips to the power cords of devices. how to remove the noise. Well they didn't do anything! I tried one on a faulty fan wire connector, antenna coax, tuner power cord, etc. Several on one cable, loop through the clip, etc. NOTHING. I have a series of LED strips under my computer desk that produce a loud hiss through my speakers when turned on. LEDs, speaker wire, even audio wire and any speaker wire. No effect. I think this is not what I need for my use cases? Or maybe it's a trick/snake oil.
