Home recording studio needs

I use these in my home recording studio and they work surprisingly well. I use them not only on power cords but also on audio cords. They offer a wonderful sound of silence without sacrificing signal strength. The only reason not five stars is because some of them arrived damaged/broken.

HF in the hut, no more than

Put beads on all cable connections USB cable, power cable, HDMI cable, all cables on my computer and all transceiver connections did not let the radio frequency turn every time , when I transmit, turn off my control and my computer via the transceiver. 13mm was too much for my LMR400 cable, you need 11mm for what I'm doing.

Amazed, they worked well.

Reduces interference when connected to a WI-FI network. I really didn't think I would see a lot of RF interference from my router to my ROKU 4 if enough ferrite beads were placed on 45 devices. I also bought an extra 40 ferrite beads. To my surprise, I was working. The Roku 4 had fewer buffering issues, and more devices like phones and tablets connected better to my WiFi. I place them on every power cord, USB cable, printer, refrigerator, TV, UPS, ethernet, charging cable, alarm system and…

Ideal for radio amateurs who need RF interference suppression

I've seen several reviews that suggest this is the right combo for HF (2-30MHz) and it is. I have a wireless weather station and HVAC controller that gave me trouble on 20m and 15m when running at kW. The indoor weather station display would lock up and the air conditioning compressor would turn on when I was running at high power. Two of them are each on the power cords, and the problem is solved! They are also great for speaker wire and coaxial cable to eliminate RFI. They are several times…

Bye Bye Smart Meter RF Pollution

After putting in the smart meter, I got a strange ringing in my ears, the doctor said some people are sensitive to radio frequencies, so on the advice of a friend, I laid an aluminum pan over my face smart meter and i turned off my main breaker for the whole house and installed these rf chokes on all the wires throughout the service box, turned the power back on and no more ringing in my ears. These smart meters are 100x worse on you than a cell phone or your WiFi, and a simple fix is an…

A simple solution to major inconveniences

My husband and I use DVRs in our cars when we drive. We also like to make music. I mostly use an MP3 player while my husband uses the radio in his car. He recently bought a "new" used car to replace another. He is a delivery driver and spends a lot of time in his car. To his dismay the radio picked up no signal at all when the DVR was on! After doing some research on the issue, I bought these RFI EMI interference suppression cable clamps (aka ferrite beads) and placed one on each end of the DVR

Fixed RFI issues with my home stereo

My high quality home stereo was suffering from audible RF interference, likely caused by a nearby WiFi gateway or a number of other wireless devices in the home. They fixed the problem right after installation. I put one of these on the power cord for each component, on the end closest to the component. Since the power cords came in different diameters, the variety of sizes included with this purchase covered all my needs. I've long assumed that the "static" noise I was hearing was caused by a…

  • Crumpled packaging

I've noticed that every time I plug in most fans turn on, also have fan Some other electrical stuff, this is causing an instant failure or disruption of many of my OTA TV signal channels. If I continuously toggle the fan speed switch, it completely turns off the signal for the duration you toggle it. Not all my fans do that. That. I've also heard of LED light bulbs and wall dimmers causing interference, but none of the ones I have do. I've been told it's electrical EMI/RFI interference, and…
