Review on 🌟 Capresso Cafe Select: Premium Stainless Steel Espresso and Cappuccino Machine for Professional Brewing by Mark Morrow

I bought this car used on Facebook Marketplace and I'm happy with it so far. The stainless steel portafilter is a big plus. You'll need to buy a Revain pressureless double grind basket if you want to make higher quality double grinds (assuming you have a decent grinder). The guy I bought this from turned one on. I'm assuming it's a 52mm filter since the 51mm manipulator fits in nicely. One of the main issues that I found a solution to (thanks to a helpful comment on YouTube) is that the group header only has a hole for water to flow through a cheap shower screen (the shower screen isn't mesh, just a bunch of holes) . ). . This hole causes the part of the screen directly below to splatter/spray with such force that it causes bad direction in the same place every time. It was very frustrating and there was absolutely no way to avoid a bitter shot. A simple solution is to turn the machine upside down, cut a thin strip of aluminum foil, cover the hole with it (about half the size if the screen diameter fits, just experiment with that) and screw the screen back on. It's a bit annoying that I had to do this, but it works so I can't complain. All in all, with a few tweaks, you get a great quality car at a great price.
