Review on ZOSI Wireless Security Weatherproof Surveillance Security & Surveillance by Johnny Burns

This is the first CCTV system I have ever owned. I was very worried about the installation. Installation went well. All the cameras are placed where I wanted and the wiring is routed the way I wanted. But then the problems started. I couldn't sign in and use the app on my phone. So I contacted ZOSI technical support and got the biggest surprise of the day! The tech walked me through the reboot and was able to get me into the system so I could change the password and do whatever I wanted on the system. But here comes problem number two. I couldn't use the app on my phone. Again, I thought I had a big problem that would require an act of Congress to solve. Well, once again the Zosi technician told me what to do and I was up and running within two minutes. I can't say enough good things about the support I received tonight. What a pleasure to work with them. Give them FIVE stars plus some. A very happy customer!
