I was concerned by some of the reviews I read about setting up these or bad cameras. But installation was easy as long as I read and followed the instructions, and it worked. Images on all cameras were checked before uploading through repeated testing of day, night and transition video. Now they mount easily for a few months outside under the eaves, despite temperatures between 5 and 30 degrees Fahrenheit and rain and snow. Customer service is amazing!

We bought this camera set because someone shot an air pistol through our daughter's window. We all feel safer now that we have them. Cameras and DVRs are easy to set up and install. We actually had an issue with the DVR after working for about 12 hours. He started squeaking like he was low on energy. We contacted the company via Facebook Messenger and they were very helpful. UPDATE 05/27/2020 Good picture. Bad application. Cameras cannot be viewed remotely.

UPDATE May 27, 2020 App is now working {properly. Very easy to set up. I bought this system again for my daughter and it works great! I installed and configured it, which was fairly easy. I installed the client program on my home computer, which was not easy. You cannot use this client program to set up the DVR, you must do this from the DVR itself, so be prepared to have a monitor there so you can do this. The big problem is related to the remote viewing application. That is not how it works…

Outstanding customer support!

This is the first CCTV system I have ever owned. I was very worried about the installation. Installation went well. All the cameras are placed where I wanted and the wiring is routed the way I wanted. But then the problems started. I couldn't sign in and use the app on my phone.
