Is Amplimax working properly?

I've used Amplimax in a few smaller towns and found that if you want to play video streaming or Skype calls you need a signal of 99 or you'll have latency issues. bad signal problems or you have to wait a long time while downloading the video. However, I am pleased that this product amplifies the signal as promised.
