Great for what they are
For mid-range shoes, this is exactly what I wanted. Fit is a bit tight but length is true to size for US men at least 9. I use SPD spikes and they work great, holes move so you have enough room where you want to position them. I don't know if the quality of the material will hold up well outdoors all the time. My 4/5 is for indoor use on a budget (anything under $60 isn't decent quality in my opinion).
