Review on PRETTYLIFE by Abdirahman Mensah

I'm writing as a former Prettylife customer who is quite dissatisfied with the brand as a whole. They claim to be experts in women's apparel and accessories, including maternity gear, however I have only had negative interactions with their items and customer service. To begin, I was not impressed by the overall quality of their goods. After only a few uses, the seams and threads on the clothing and accessories I bought began to come undone and unravel. Some products ran tiny while others ran huge, and sizing was all over the place. Their customer service was just as weak as the quality of their products. It took me a few tries to obtain a response from their personnel when I had a question concerning an order I had placed. When I did hear back, it wasn't really informative or satisfying. In addition, I was dismayed to find out that Prettylife does not give its manufacturing the utmost importance in terms of sustainability and ethics. As an ethical shopper, I seek out businesses that prioritize social and environmental responsibility, and Prettylife doesn't cut it for me there. Overall, Prettylife is not a place I would suggest to anyone in search of high-quality women's apparel and accessories. They provide poor quality goods, have poor customer service, and may or may not be ethical. There are plenty of other e-commerce sites out there that provide superior goods, support, and attention to environmental and social concerns.
