VERY PLEASANT ☹️☹️.

I love this balm! The smell is amazing! I can understand the problem of its rigidity. All you need is to rub it for 10 minutes and put it in a warm place. BUT NOT IN THE MICROWAVE. The only reason I give him 4 stars is because he is so cute. My dog licks it almost every time. But again, it could just be a dog problem.
