I like that they are willing to work with any agency or department in order to find what works best for them! Great customer service from start-to-finish!! They're very knowledgeable about how their products can be used to solve problems/concerns within an organization AND across multiple departments (including legal). If there is anything i dislike its just because this could've been done much more efficiently than having separate contracts between each client; however, once again, great communication through emails helped us figure out where things were going wrong. This was one time use only - no ongoing relationship needed here. I like that I can store all of my evidence in one place instead of having to keep it in multiple locations. I also like that I can easily access all of my evidence from anywhere. I also like that the interface is very easy to use. I dislike that I cannot access my evidence from my phone. I also dislike that I cannot access my evidence from my desktop computer. I would like to be able to use my phone to access my evidence. I would also like to be able to access my evidence from my desktop computer.
