Difficult to use, not recommended
Very sharp knife and difficult to use, cut off thumb on first use to peel an apple. You have to hold the knife at a certain angle or it won't work. The wide Peel grip also makes it hard to see if your hand is accidentally underneath it (like me).
- Ideal for cooking a small amount of vegetables. Can be washed in the dishwasher. Caution: Blades are sharp - keep fingers away from blades during use and cleaning
