The pigtail connects to the VTX at an odd angle.

Both pigtails are fixed in such a way that they can be turned sideways when mounted on a video transmitter. Rotating it to mount the SMA on the top plate puts stress on the connector, causing it to pop out. If you order a 90° SMA pigtail, you want the antenna to be vertical.
