Review on Milwaukee 48-00-1303 Sawzall Blade Wood 5 TPI 12-Inch Length, 5-Pack by Ken Cudal

These blades are fantastic. I use them for pruning fruit trees and trimming some trees around the path outside. I like the 12 inch length because it gives me a little more reach. The downside to a blade that long is that it can easily bend if you're not careful...like I did with my first blade. So my first knife is bent but it still works fine and now I only use it for the rough cut and pay more attention to my other knives and fruit trees. They cut very well. It didn't take me long to saw down a wind-damaged 6-inch cherry tree, and I use it in a Milwaukee hack-zall single-hand saw (a smaller version of a sawmill). These blades last a long time. I mostly use my first blade which was bent and nicked from working in the woods and it still does its job well. My 2nd blade is exclusively for fruit trees. I disinfect it with alcohol and/or a bleach solution and haven't noticed any corrosion. With 3 other unused blades I expect several years of use out of the box. Oh they were made in Switzerland which I think is great and maybe helps explain the quality and durability.
