I drink tea several times a day. I was looking for something with more capacity and a basket filter and thought I found it. Unfortunately, my experience with this product was pretty terrible. FIRST: The first one I bought broke almost immediately after taking it out of the box. When I took it to the sink to wash it, the spout broke and cut my finger. Revan sent a replacement. SECOND: Everything went well with the second for a while. I've been using it daily since February. The troubles started not so long ago. In the second picture, as others have mentioned, the top is starting to crack and split. I also have the same unscrewing problem and the basket fell into the water after brewing the pot. Just today when I was about to clean the basket the part attached to the lid came loose rendering it unusable. DO NOT BUY. THIS IS POORLY MADE AND WILL BREAK DURING WEEKS OF USE.
