The fact that you can create a contract without a lawyer. It is easy to use, saves a lot of time, and makes sure you don't sign something you don't understand. The only thing is that the contract editor is not as intuitive as the rest of the app. Also, there is no way to create a contract that is in another language. It's a very good idea, but it could use some work. We use Legislate to create contracts for our tenants and customers. The only problem is that it is not as intuitive as the rest of the app. This makes it harder to use.
