The best thing about this program is its ability to track donors online as well as offline. It also has an easy-to-use interface which allows for ease of use by both users and non-users alike! I would like to see more features added (more templates) but it's great so far! We are able to keep up with all our donations through this platform. This helps us manage them easily via email notifications. Also we can quickly add new contacts from other platforms such as Facebook. There have been times where there was no donation made within 24 hours or sometimes even longer than that. But since we know what time they usually donate around the world, we were still able to find out who did not make their payment at least once during those days.
