The best scratch board!

I use it often, it's one of my favorite painting methods, especially for animal portraits! You can use carbon paper to transfer the graphite designs to the board and then I use a few different tools including a simple pointed scratch tool as well as a multi needle point tool. Be sure to apply a thin coat of matte fixative to the finished parts to prevent further scratching.
