The valves turn nicely, and it's easy to clean. I bought it for the swivel gooseneck spout. The low spout on my old faucet made it impossible to fill anything much bigger than a cup. The new spout lets me fill a pail 10" tall. In the picture, I'm filling a wash pan with sides 6" tall. The spout will swing out of the way with 2" to spare.My old faucet provided 1.0 gallon per minute. When I needed hot water, I might have to run it for 40 seconds first. It wasn't much better if I removed the aerator, and then water would splash out of the sink.The Ufaucet is advertised at 1.2 gallons per minute, but I measured 2.6. Besides filling containers faster, it will bring hot water in 15 seconds at the most.
