Wow, just wow. It had such potential for a simple build. However, it was so wrong and shaky from the start. Logic dictates that if the sides slide in opposite directions to snap, they won't fit equally on either side, leaving pinned ends with no holes. This is where the "improvements" came in. If there wasn't a hole, I cut the pin, just like that, and voila, it fits (more or less). After an hour and a half of fighting plastic walls, we had to leave for the night. The next day, assembling the wooden cage went much more smoothly, as did the wire walls. My daughters, ages 10 and 12, did most of this part on their own. It's a cute little house, our new buns seem to like it and it looks easy to clean and probably strong enough to last a while. I agree with other reviewers who noted that the 'accessories' I was so hoping for to reduce the amount of items you have to buy to get the bunnies going were of poor quality and most likely not used. The bowl rack and steps were ridiculous so we left them out. The hay holder is just ah, so you need to replace it with something useful too.
