Easy way managing business relationships

The most useful part of this software is that it has an integrated CRM module which helps in keeping all the info related to client's project under one roof. It also provides detailed information about the clients such as contact details etc. Also it allows us to connect with our customers via social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter. I do not think there are any drawbacks associated with this product but if you want to have access to all your contacts then using this would be beneficial for sure. We use this software from last 2 years. I really recommend people who wish to manage their contacts easily must consider using this product. This is very easy to get used to once you start working with it. With this we were able to keep track of all our projects and customer interactions which helped us to provide better services to them.
