Easy way managing business relationships

The most useful part of this software is that it has an integrated CRM module which helps in keeping all the info related to client's project under one roof. It also provides detailed information about the clients such as contact details etc. Also it allows us to connect with our customers via social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter. I do not think there are any drawbacks associated with this product but if you want to have access to all your contacts then using this would be beneficial

  • Allows complete tracking/monitoring over multiple channels including mail, phone calls & messages.
  • In case anyone wishes he can check his profile directly thru application by signing up himself

Tackling business challenges by using technology

The best part about this tool is that it has all of my necessary information in one place which makes things easier when I am dealing with clients or prospects from different countries around the world! It also allows me access through multiple devices such as desktop computers, laptops, smartphones, etc so no matter where we are at any given moment I will be able to get what I need without missing anything important along the way. User friendly CRM & Marketing Automation

I like that it is easy for customers to navigate through different levels of engagement with us so they understand what we are offering them. The product has evolved over many years in terms of functionality but not necessarily user interface or design aspects which make it difficult at first glance to use effectively.
