User friendly CRM & Marketing Automation

I like that it is easy for customers to navigate through different levels of engagement with us so they understand what we are offering them. The product has evolved over many years in terms of functionality but not necessarily user interface or design aspects which make it difficult at first glance to use effectively. It took me quite some effort to get used to its features and find out how best to utilize this tool throughout my organization. We have been able to engage more easily our clients by using these tools than before.

Pros
  • More efficient way compared against previous methods when engaging directly face to face without having intermediaries such an agent/account manager etc
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
