I haven't done anything with Hair Care
I was hoping would tone my orange hair. I left it on with Developer 20 for 30 minutes and it did nothing. The hair hasn't changed at all. I'm a little confused as I feel like it must have done something other than damage my hair and make it smell bad. I am extremely disappointed.
