First Review - Continuous Web Conferencing ***RETURNED

Used on my PC which is also currently my home computer for remote work. I had some issues with the PC not being able to handle my online traffic, especially on conference calls using ZOOM. I didn't even try to do a live video conference as the sound was so bad I ended up calling all the ZOOM meetings from my cell phone. TEAM was mostly ok. Once I installed the AC68 I was in heaven. Only now I had no reason to leave meetings. Download and upload performance has been greatly improved. It's two hours of screen sharing calls, so it's a good workout. Used on the 5GHz side of my network like an internal WiFi card, but now it has the performance I needed. Can easily multitask and control live webcams in the background. Will I come back towards the end of the year with a longer term review when I might be back in the office full time? *** 1.9.20 Updated and downgraded to 2.5 stars. After I upgraded my router to the G3100, ASUS refused to connect to 5GHz or have internet access when it did. I believe this is not entirely ASUS' fault as the old router had no issues but was just very old. No setting changes on router work and ASUS support is slow and repetitive! I declined and sent the device back even though I actually wanted to keep it. Out of 19 different types of devices, this was the only one I couldn't get started with. Also, the 2.4GHz frequency seemed to just drop off and then surface at times, but that's impractical when you're working remotely, so goodbye. I think it's a good product, but the support I received would have been unacceptable if I didn't have a backup device available. Two weeks and maybe 3 emails, one of which repeated exactly the same steps as the previous email sent a week ago, just from a different technical resource. They're obviously scripted and with the amount of detail I've provided, I expected more from ASUS. .
