Review on K6166 Evolution Drilled Slotted Ceramic by Dale Emmel

UPDATE: I've had them for almost a year and a half now. They have not stood the test of time. I found microcracks near the drilled holes as well as hot spots on both rotors. Despite my proper care and maintenance, I now have to replace them for safety reasons. Also, they don't even come close to the "bite" that stock rotors/pads allow. They go very flat when hot and cause a lot of vibration and noise under hard braking. They also have grooves. Stay away. I installed this kit on my 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe (with Brembo brakes). I wasn't a huge fan of them initially because they lacked the bite I wanted compared to OEM pads. It took about 3 or 4 full treatments before they started showing the qualities I'm looking for in a brake set. Overall I am satisfied but not overly impressed with the product. I expect they will last since it took them so long to get a proper sleep.
