There are many baseball practice videos. I think most of you dads have watched as many videos as I have looking for the benefits for your child. Of all the videos, books and websites I have used, this video is the most helpful in my opinion and I hope it helps keep my son's shoulders and elbows strong and healthy. I remember watching Barry Zito warm up a while back when he was in the A's, he did a series of stretches and resistance band exercises before throwing up - he did all of that in that video as far as I remember. There is nothing supernatural about it and anyone can do these exercises and I recommend them to any thrower especially those just starting out because so many kids don't warm up their hands properly and throw games in the cold these days. With this video, even if you can't throw the bullpen before entering the game, you can at least warm up a bit before entering the game. Get j-groups and this video and you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended!
