So happy with this frying pan! where to start I love that it's two cooking methods in one. That's why we bought it. While we have chicken on the grill, it cooks evenly and quickly on both sides. Lighter and without blinking. Saved time and was delicious. We've also used it as an open flat pan to cook pancakes and sausages on both sides at once. Pancakes don't stick, turn east. I appreciate that it is non-stick and disassembles for easy cleaning. Pans can even be cleaned in the dishwasher. I found it to be exactly what I expected and also at a reasonable price. Good quality. I highly recommend.
