This is a fantastic knife. I have had it over a month now, I use it every single day as I am plant based. I went through numerous knives in the past two years. This knife has not dulled at all. But be aware since it is so sharp you have to be very careful! And don't throw away the box it came in like I did, because you need a safe place (for your fingers) to store it. It stays on my counter with my cutting board.
