Well, the printheads don't work! First, they have a huge blob of epoxy on the chip that prevents it from making proper contact with the pins on the printhead carriage. The instructions state that if the cartridges do not work, the chip is replaced with a chip from the original cartridges. Why do they need it if they don't know their chips aren't working? Second. After trying to get her cartridge to work, my car burned out. I asked Plotter Dr. Servicing my printer and they said it was due to another brand of printhead that I was trying to install. My plotter is now useless and unusable. The repair costs are more than worth it.
