This item was supposed to arrive between April 1st-4th. I reached out to the seller asking if anyway possible could we get it before that date. they replied stating they would try basically. I don’t know what kind of magic they worked but we got the item 2 days before the estimated delivery date! We had plenty of time to take the remains and the new urn to a funeral home to have them properly transfer the ashes over. THANK GOD! We needed this for a memorial that was being held on the 2nd.Now as far as the quality of the urn. It is the perfect size for an adult. My cousin that passed was approximately 130-150 pounds and there was still tons of space. The urn was beautiful. And the engraving was perfect. The urn was packaged with so much care. Highly recommend! The pictures I attached is the urn with a picture of my cousin that passed as well as my cousins father holding the urn. Thanks so much to the seller ❤️❤️❤️
