This product is a fair product. I did, however, have to replace one set of slides due to the fact that the ball bearings on one slide fell out immediately after installation and ruined it. I am hoping that the other four sets that I have installed don't fall apart.*UPDATE* Since my original review, the seller contacted me and sent to me a complete order of 5 pair of 16 inch drawer slides. I've NEVER had a seller do this for me voluntarily or otherwise for that matter. So, on that note, you should have absolutely NO reservations about ordering from this seller as he stands by his product.
