I bought it for 2 uses. My friend needed a metal mesh material to reseal the defrost holes in his truck and this material worked well. Another use is to make a jewelry holder for me. I need something to hang my earrings on. Note that the size of the grid does not match the size of the open holes. Measurements in millimeters start from the outside of the exposed parts of the metal. I thought the size given was for open holes so I ended up with a little less stitches than intended but I think it will still work fine. We used metal scissors to easily trim it. I think it would be too heavy for utility scissors. I thought the price was a few bucks more than a painted aluminum alloy grille is actually worth, but. Meh, looks like it will work for what I need it for. I will put the mesh on the frame and hang it up. The earrings will be hooked into the holes and I will add some hooks at the bottom for the necklaces. Black should look good 😊
