This remote looks brand new. It appears to be the original OEM remote. The first one I got took a while to start working. There is a process you go through if it doesn't "pair" to the TV right away. Worked one day and quit. I sent it back and Revane was quick to replace it. It's great working with them on The Return. Unfortunately, the second worked for 2 weeks and failed. I've pulled the batteries multiple times, pushed all the buttons, turned off the TV, scratched the back of my head, rubbed my stomach, waved my wand, and it still won't work again. Not sure what I'll do. Replacing a worn remote doesn't have to be that difficult. Maybe go straight to Vizio?
