As described but will not work with compatible TVs listed. I tried several times, read the instructions, searched the Internet, did not help. It can only be a defective remote control. I don't blame the seller. I'm just disappointed.

After about four years of regular use, our original Vizio remote was not working reliably. We would have to hold the buttons or press them properly, nothing more! It worked right out of the box and controls all functions as expected.

Perfect replacement, identical to the original, which I find both good and bad. Considering I needed a replacement, the Vizio's design is flawed: this difference in thickness between the two ends means there is a weak point at the junction. But of course this has nothing to do with the quality and delivery of this seller, which were great.

It seems that the remote control was pulled upside down on a rough surface, the plastic bag in which it was rubbed in these places. The bubble wrap it came in was undamaged so there were scratches on the bottom of the remote before it was placed in the envelope. Seems to work well, time will tell how long it lasts compared to the original that came with the TV.

I bought this remote control because I thought it would work perfectly with my Vizio TV. In the beginning it was like this, no programming etc. was necessary. But after about a month the problems started. After replacing the batteries, performance improved slightly and then stopped working altogether. I later bought a Best Buy universal remote that worked great. Don't waste your money on it.

The original that came with the TV had to be replaced as the buttons stopped working. The new one works well at first, then I noticed that it has to push all the buttons more and more, just like the old one. After only 3 or 4 weeks, multiple puffs are required to take effect. I tried pressing the number buttons to select channels and several times the TV screen went black and the TV turned off. This remote looks brand new. It appears to be the original OEM remote. The first one I got took a while to start working. There is a process you go through if it doesn't "pair" to the TV right away. Worked one day and quit. I sent it back and Revane was quick to replace it. It's great working with them on The Return. Unfortunately, the second worked for 2 weeks and failed.
