The most important thing I like about this service or app, that it's completely free! They have also developed some very useful plug ins for us to use in our own way without needing them as part of their main product range - but more importantly they do not charge anything extra when we need these additional features (in fact there are no hidden costs at all!). We can't think too many things which could be improved upon with the current version available so far:-). Their support team gets back quickly if you contact via email/skype etc.- although sometimes their replies may seem quite slow at times? (maybe due because its UK vs USA?) This really isn't an issue though since the system itself works perfectly well & has saved me lotsa' valuable man hours over the past couple years!!
