Great skates! The boot is sized just right if you order a size or so, the bearings are great and I love the 3 wheel design. I added a break to myself. Although I tried to reduce the brake stop or the drag of the skate, I didn't achieve perfection on either. I ride in crowded areas so for safety reasons I decided to include a break, which was easy to do. These things fly, and although I've been skating for many years, the three wheels and different balances take a little getting used to. I feel a little less stable on them than on my Macroblade tricycles, but overall they're a lot more fun to ride. The padding is great, doesn't cause any pressure points and they are very manoeuvrable. I would recommend the more expensive 3 wheel version if you are not a very experienced skateboarder as they are fast and comfortable enough and larger than most people need. I wasn't sure what to think of his red top, but I usually wear pants that cover that part anyway, so I think they look great too. If you decide to go with a three wheel design, I recommend these as they are more than adequate for 80% of skaters.
