The shutdown voltage is too low to save the battery!
I bought this device because it was supposed to turn off before my battery got too deep. Instead, it turns off when the battery voltage drops below 10.5 volts, well below the 50 percent voltage level that saves batteries. The cut-off voltage must be set manually by the owner.
