The best thing about this software is that it can be used for both internal use as well as external clients/customers. It has all features one would need in order to run an efficient business. I think there are some minor bugs which have been fixed but only if you contact support team they will help resolve your problems. There should also be option of creating new templates rather than using existing ones. We were able to solve our issues related to time tracking by solving them through T-Dox solutions.
